Tamang Heritage Trek is newly opened trekking route in Langtang Region which is located between Langtang and Ganesh Himal. Tamang Heritage Trekking is a trek to explore Traditional Tamang Villages, typical culture, traditions and living style of local Tamang people. One of the amazing trekking in Nepal also offers to view untouched, unspoiled nature and local monasteries and the magnificent views of snowcapped mountains including Langtang Lirung (7,245m), Dorje Lakpa (6,989m.), Ganesh Himal, Paldor Peak, Shringi Himal, Jugal Himal, Manaslu and Sanjen Himal ranges and Chumse Danda (5,122m.).
Tamang Heritage Trek also consists of many glaciers and lakes; Gosaikunda, Bhairavkunda, Pravatikunda and Dudhkunda are some of them. Except that Tatopani “Natural Hot Spring”, Nagthali view point, Rasuwagadhi (Tibet Border) are other highlights of Tamang Heritage Trek.
